Set Leaders – Various​

Chosen by Instructor to lead/control pace of exercises and 108 move sets.

Do not teach but refer all how-to questions to the Instructor.

First two Set Leaders occupy front-row left and right corner positions:

When practicing Wave Hands Like Clouds, the Set Leader in the 1st row, left corner position, calls out “Single Whip” to cue the group that, when the current Wave Hands is complete, the next move will be Whip to One Side.

Experienced members (usually wearing blue club shirts) are positioned to give students someone to watch as the group turns away from the front.
